Job Overview:
As a Security Systems Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of security systems for our clients, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, intercom systems, and more. Your work will primarily involve visiting client locations across the New York Metro Area, but you will also provide remote troubleshooting and support over the phone when needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and Repair Security Systems: Diagnose and repair issues with security systems, including access control, cameras, alarm systems, and intercoms.

• Service Documentation: Complete and submit accurate service tickets documenting the details of each service call, including the issue, resolution, and parts used.
